Here's what worked, and what didn't
Offering towels by the pool without being asked. The in-house dinner was delicious, elevating our experience.
The location requires a bit of a walk to reach main attractions, which may not suit everyone.

Absolutely amazing hotel located just off many boutiques and an early morning flight and the Badi Palace. Perfect room with nice bathroom and hypo-allergenic pillows. Informative staff on reception and elsewhere. Heated pool, parking nearby. No charge for concierge service and wake up calls too.

Hotel was beautiful, exceptional services, and it had fantastic location superior to most restaurants let alone. I was offered a gorgeous breakfast with variation. Location: the property was short walk to the sanctuary of the Riad for a pot of mint tea as well as the medina close to palace Bahia. I spent 4 nights here and greatly enjoyed that.

We really enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere of the riad, especially after long days exploring Marrakech. A highlight was the traditional breakfast with fresh Moroccan pastries. The staff became like friends, our stay was smooth and relaxing, especially for our two teens.
My wife says that it could use a TV for family movie nights.

Couple's hidden gem
Arrived and immediately greeted with a pot of mint tea in front of the pool, was like royalty. Loved how Nat made sure our room was ready earlier than expected without us even asking.
It wasn't cheap but totally worth it.

Really good service begins upon arrival with a warm pot of mint tea. The traditional breakfasts feature good homemade jams and Moroccan pastries, setting a lovely tone for the day. Although there was no kettle in the room, the staff were quick to accommodate our needs with great care. The location, while charming, required a bit of a walk to reach the main attractions, which may not suit everyone. There was also an occasional fluctuation in water pressure during showers, but overall, the experience was nice.

Charming vibes with great service
We spent 4 nights in a spacious suite, super comfy for our family. The staff were cute and helped us with everything we needed! Relaxing on the rooftop terrace was a must after exploring the Medina. The breakfast was delicious with fresh pastries each day. A shame there wasn't a kettle in the room, though.
